Double Up is a number-merging puzzle in which you launch blocks and work toward larger values. It gives you room to consider a placement instead of demanding a constant stream of quick moves. The central question is not only which numbers can merge, but what useful space remains after they do.

Preview before launching

Tap to launch a block and hold to preview, following the game's starting instructions. Inspect the available position before releasing. Think about which numbers the placement brings together and whether the result will leave a usable route for the next block.

A large number is satisfying, but concentrating only on its value can hide a cramped arrangement around it. Try to keep a reason for each placement. If you expect a merge, predict where it will leave the resulting block, then compare that expectation with what actually happens.
