Mahjong Quest
Mahjong Quest is a browser tile-matching puzzle in which each useful move should do more than remove one pair. Begin by scanning the board for symbols you can select under the rules shown in the play frame. Choose a matching pair, remove it, and then study the spaces and pieces that become available. The board changes after every successful match, so a fresh scan is more dependable than clicking from memory.
Read the board before choosing
Two matching symbols are only a good move when the game allows both tiles to be selected. Check the on-screen instructions and watch how the game marks an available or blocked piece. When several pairs are possible, compare what each one reveals. Opening a crowded area can create more choices than clearing an isolated pair that exposes nothing useful.
Build a repeatable rhythm
Use a simple three-step cycle: scan, match, then rescan. First identify legal pairs. Next choose the pair that appears most likely to open another part of the layout. After it disappears, stop briefly and examine the changed board. This rhythm helps prevent missed matches and makes it easier to understand why a position becomes difficult.
Do not assume that every title in the Mahjong games collection uses the same clock, hints, layout, or selection rule. If you want to compare a more traditional layered presentation, open Classic Mahjong and read its own frame instructions. The two game pages are related by tile matching, but each should be learned from the version actually loaded.
Recover when choices become scarce
If you cannot find another move, look for the reason instead of clicking at random. A needed tile may be covered, boxed in, or waiting for a different pair to be removed first. Trace the blockage back one step and search for a legal match that opens it. When a round must be restarted, remember which earlier choice reduced your options and try a different order next time.
The Classic Mahjong strategy guide explains the transferable habit of judging a pair by the access it creates. Apply that idea only where Mahjong Quest's own rules support it. Careful observation, short pauses after each removal, and attention to newly opened tiles are more reliable than rushing through the first obvious pairs.
